METEOR LEARN · WORKFLOW
From source material to assigned learning and follow-up.
See how authors, learners, and training owners work through the programme. Define what needs to be learned, who needs it, and what completion should record.
FROM AUTHOR TO LEARNER TO TRAINING OWNER
One training programme. Clear steps for each person.
Course creation is only the start. Connect the material with the audience, the learner’s next action, and the records your team needs to review.
- STEP 1
Prepare the course
Arrange video clips in Course Studio. Add questions at the point they matter, highlight an instruction with a callout, and attach the resources learners need. Include subtitles to support reading alongside the lesson.
- STEP 2
Assign the right learning
Organise the audience by role, team, designation, or individual. Set the required courses and reading, agree due dates, and configure the assignment and reminder rules for the programme.
- STEP 3
Learn, practise, and resume
Learners open their assigned journey, follow the course outline, and return to unfinished learning. Required checkpoints and playback completion rules make the next action clear.
- STEP 4
Review understanding and completion
Use knowledge checks and pass requirements to review attempts. Keep completion records and issued certificates available, then use the training matrix to decide who needs follow-up.
EVERYDAY TRAINING QUESTIONS
Start with the work your team needs to manage.
These are example workflows for using the documented product functions, rather than customer case studies.
A new employee joins the team
How do we give each person the training their role requires?
Prepare an onboarding learning path, define role-based requirements, and configure assignments. The learner sees their courses; the training owner reviews progress and overdue work.
Explore training operations →A procedure changes
How do we connect the new version with the people who must read it?
Maintain the procedure revision in the knowledge library, assign the reading, and review acknowledgement records against that version. Define the reassignment rule for future revisions.
Explore procedure learning →Training is due for renewal
How do we spot upcoming deadlines before they become overdue?
Review requirements in the matrix by person, role, team, or designation. Separate due, overdue, unassigned, and exempt items, then configure reminders and recurring assignments.
Explore training follow-up →DESIGNED AROUND THE NEXT ACTION
Keep learning straightforward. Keep follow-up specific.
For the learner
Start from assigned learning, open the course outline, and resume unfinished work. Complete the questions and required reading, then find completion records and certificates without treating every task as a separate process.
See the learner journey →For the training owner
Move from individual course activity to a view of requirements across the team. Use the matrix to identify a missing assignment or an approaching deadline, and use reports to review attempts and completion records.

The author reviews the audience, objectives, and curriculum draft, then builds activities such as hotspots, branching scenarios, and question games. Learners move through the lesson journey, practise decisions, review feedback, and ask Aria for a lesson-related explanation.
Gamify provides a separate interactive delivery experience. Choose the learning format that fits your audience and review generated material before publishing.
