METEOR LEARN · FAQ

Answers before you plan the programme.

Understand the learner experience, authoring steps, training follow-up, and the difference between the professional LMS and Gamify.

What does a learner do after receiving an assignment?

Open the assigned learning journey, choose a course, and follow its outline. Resume unfinished learning, complete required checkpoints, and finish any assigned procedure reading or assessment. Completion depends on the requirements configured for that programme.

Can we reuse our existing training videos and documents?

Course Studio lets authors arrange video clips and add checkpoints, subtitles, and supporting resources. The knowledge library covers procedure and work-instruction reading. Bring representative files to check their suitability and the authoring steps before moving a full programme.

How do we manage onboarding and refresher training?

Define the learning required for each role or audience, then configure assignment rules around onboarding, role changes, procedure revisions, or recurring training. Review due dates, reminders, and escalations alongside the training matrix.

How do we check understanding rather than just course access?

Use knowledge checks, pass requirements, and attempt reviews alongside course progress. Course Studio supports questions within a video and required checkpoints. These provide records for review; they do not by themselves prove workplace competence.

Where do certificates and training records fit?

Issued certificates sit alongside completion and assessment records. Training owners can review course activity and requirements through reports and the matrix. Confirm the certificate fields, renewal requirements, and records your organisation needs during a walkthrough.

How do Meteor Learn and Gamify differ?

Meteor Learn focuses on managing courses, assignments, training requirements, reading, and records. Gamify focuses on authoring and interactive delivery. Gamify’s professional presentation is a delivery option within Gamify; it is not the same as the professional LMS.

Can we build interactive video courses?

The Course Studio provides video sequencing and checkpoints for questions, callouts, pauses, and supporting resources. Bring representative material to review the authoring and completion requirements.

How do we find training that needs attention?

Use learning reports and the training matrix to review course activity and requirements by people or organisational groups. Agree the due dates, exemptions, assignment rules, and reporting audience for your programme.

Can learners acknowledge procedures?

The documented workflow connects procedure reading, revisions, assignments, and acknowledgement records. Review identity checks, the required statement, version tracking, and retention for your process.

How should we use generated courses and coaching?

Treat generated curriculum and lesson answers as material to review. Check subject accuracy, examples, assessments, and data-handling arrangements before using them with learners.

Does this guarantee compliance or better learning results?

No. Product features and example screens do not establish certification, accreditation, legal suitability, or measured learning outcomes. Those require separate evidence and assessment.
